“This is not the first time I’ve contacted you with words of appreciation for the quality customer service that I’ve come to receive from Lamb's Tire & Automotive Centers. Back in September I sent you an email expressing my sincere appreciation for the outstanding job that your Operations Manager and the staff at the Georgetown store did to assist my wife when her 2002 GMC Envoy would not start. (Despite all their publicity, On-Star was absolutely no help!)

As appreciative as my wife and I were of that assistance, it frankly pales in comparison to the service your store recently provided to get my 1996 Chevrolet Pickup repaired and running again. Your staff worked until 9:00 o’clock on a Saturday night trying to locate the correct parts for my truck and when that proved unsuccessful, your Operations Manager even volunteered that I could drive his personal vehicle to work on Monday morning.

Under the leadership of your store managers your Georgetown store has consistently provided my wife, son and I – and our three vehicles – with outstanding service and quality products. And again, I very much appreciate you employing professionals of the caliber you do that work so hard to assist your customers.
