Last Wednesday I was in the role of damsel in distress when I went into your Lamb's Tire & Automotive Center on Far West Blvd. …I was greeted with a smiling face and a cheery hello from your Service Advisor who very patiently and sympathetically listened to me trying to describe the problem. Being a woman I had no idea how to explain what I was hearing and he very kindly summoned ‘one of your technicians’ and asked him to go for a short drive with me to see if he could determine what I was trying to say.

I cannot tell you how very impressed I was with these gentlemen who certainly gave service with a smile. The happy ending to the story is that on Thursday I had to drive my car to Lake Travis and there was no noise, no flapping, no sign of any problem at all – so my problem was solved. The expression goes that “word of mouth” is the best recommendation you can get. Well, be assured I have a big mouth and I have not stopped raving to everyone about these kind men and the pleasant and efficient way they took care of me.
