Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty in helping me out with my car problem. I found myself with a flat tire upon pulling out of my driveway. Of course, my husband was out of town. …I called Lamb's even though it was already after 5:00 PM. Even though “house calls” are not really something that Lamb's is obligated to do, they promised to come to my house the following morning and change my tire for me. Your store manager came to my house and changed the tire himself. He took the damaged tire to his shop to be repaired. But, that’s not the best part. When I came to pick up the repaired tire, you installed it back on my car for me and there was no charge for any of it simply because I had recently purchased new tires at your store. Your guys rock!
