While driving my son and daughter-in-law in Austin last Friday evening we were alerted by a passing motorist that my front passenger tire was almost flat. We stopped to add air and discovered a nail had penetrated the tire. It was very close to 6:00 PM – generally closing time for most tire stores – so a feeling of panic set in.

Luckily we happened upon your 620 store right away and I literally ran in to ask for help, half-expecting to be turned away because it was so near closing – on a holiday weekend, no less. However, Cruz (your service advisor) very patiently and calmly assured me that they would take care of me. Thanks to their efforts we were soon safely back on the road.

Assuming that those employees represent your store’s standards I want to commend your management and training efforts. These employees exhibited professionalism and customer service that are hard to come by these days. What a pleasant experience to be treated with such care and concern. I truly appreciated them.
