
Our responsibility is to be a consultant to our customer. The customer needs to make the decisions. We are not really here to sell them anything. As professionals our responsibility is to fully inspect the vehicle, report our findings, and to advise them on the condition of their vehicle. If problems exist, we prioritize the needs based on what items require immediate attention versus items that may be delayed to a more convenient time. We also want to make our customers aware of all financing options available. We strive to serve our valued customers by providing the honest and most complete information they need to properly care for and maintain their vehicle.
