This VIP program is designed to give you the opportunity to help the Neighborhood Longhorns Program (NLP) and accumulate a 5% rebate for yourself. This rebate is valid on all service work - including both parts and labor - performed on your vehicles at Lamb's Tire and Automotive. At the same time Lamb's will donate an additional 5% of every dollar of service revenue generated by our NLP team members back to the Neighborhood Longhorns Program.

How the program works: Once you activate your card, as a VIP member, you will accrue a rebate each time you visit any Lamb's Tire locations conveniently located throughout Central Texas. Using your unique VIP program membership number, we will track all of your spending at Lamb's between now and May 31 2011.

The rebate applies to all service work, including repairs, scheduled maintenance and even oil changes! Then, on June 15 2011, we will send your rebate check in the mail for 5% of the total amount you spent on service during the year and as well, a check to the NLP for 5% of the total VIP sales for the year!

Overview of the benefits

The Neighborhood Longhorns Program/Lamb's VIP program is effective from June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011.

  • The rebate is 5% of any service, both parts and labor, including repairs, scheduled maintenance, alignments and oil changes.
  • The rebate amount will be accumulated over the term of the program.
  • A rebate check for the accumulated amount will be mailed to you on June 15. Just in time for the summer!
  • The VIP program cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, nor can it be combined with any fleet service program.
  • The rebate applies to service only and does not include tire purchases. Lamb's already has the best prices on tire packages and Lamb's will meet or beat the real drive-away price on any locally advertised tire.

Terms and Restrictions

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the VIP Membership Program (hereinafter called "Program") operated by Lamb's Tire and Automotive and our relationship with members of the Program (hereinafter called "Members" or "You"). 2. Membership of the Program is subject to these Conditions, which are the only conditions that apply to the Program. By using your VIP Card to redeem beneftis and services associated with the Program, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Conditions and you are eligible for Membership. 3. Membership is coplimentary and is available only to individuals, not to companies, partnerships, associations, groups, or other entities. You may not use your membership in conjunction with any other coupon, discount, or special offer. Lamb's Tire may refuse Membership without giving a reason. 4. Membership entitles members to beneftis and services according to entitlements as described under the section Definition of Benefits and relevant further information within these terms and conditions. 5. Members are responsible for keeping Lamb's Tires up-t-date as to their correct communication/postal address. 6. Membership in the program and membership cards are not transferable and may only be used by the registered member. Membership cards remain the property of Lamb's Tire. 7. You may cancel your Membership at any time with written notification to Lamb's Tire. Cancellation is immediately effective from receipt of your cancellation request and all membership entitlements will be foregone upon cancellation. 8. Lamb's Tire reserves the right to discontinue the VIP membership for any Member who is found to be using the Program in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions or intent of the Program or any portion of the Program. Discontinued membership will result in the loss of all membership entitlements. 9. The VIP Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any Corporate or Fleet Account program. 10. Lamb's Tire reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the terms, conditions, benefits and services pertaining to the Program at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice. Lamb's Tire reserves the right to discontinue the Program at any time. 11. All interpretations of the Program's Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Lamb's Tire. 12. Your continuing particiatpion in our V.I.P. program indicates your acceptance of our terms. 13. This Agreement is governed and interpreted by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 14. Lamb's Tire reserves the right to determine customer's volume based on our accounting records, which include all purchases made and credits issued. 15. In connection with the Program, Lamb's Tire will collect and use personal information submitted by Program participants. By participating in the Program, Program participants hereby agree to the managemetn of their personal information, as explained in Lamb's Tire privacy policy. You may review the privacy policy at http://www.Lambstire.com/180/Privacy-Statement.htm. 16. Discount does not apply to tire pruchases, state inspections, shop fees, taxes, or recycling fees.
