Lamb's observes major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4^th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) in addition to maintaining a standard workweek of Monday through Saturday (Closed Sundays). Employees work a 5-day schedule each week.
